He will also speak on the benefits of Yoga and demonstrate diferent yoga postures or asanas.
In view ot this, those willing to participate in the programme are asked to get in touch with Sri Partha Sarathi Dhar, the club member in charge of the programme on or within 7th June 2022. He will be available in the club from 6 pm to 9 pm everyday except on Sundays. The participants are required to attend the programme in white clothing and need to carry their own water bottles.
It is hoped that everybody will come forward to make it a great success.

Students are all aware that dustbins have been placed at all corners of the school corridors so that everybody in the school may deposit their waste into them. This can go a long way to keep our school neat and clean. However, it is being seen that some students are not dropping their waste here and there. Students are hereby directed to deposit their waste into the dustbins only failing which they would face exemplary punishments. Monitors are also asked to keep a close watch in this regard and report to the undersigned immediately if anybody is seen dropping waste anywhere else.

We are all aware that the recent devastating flood in different districts our state has claimed thousands of lives, properties worth crores of rupees and rendered many more homeless. They need immediate shelter, food, medicine and all possible help. We, the students and teachers of ABC High School should do our best for the victims of this massive tragedy.
In view of this, the students and teachers of ABC High School, have decided to set up a fund. Students and teachers are requested to donate as much as possible to our fund. Contributions to this fund will be accepted by Mr Sagar Sinha every day during the school hours till 24.08.2021.
The entire collection will be handed over to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.

Residents of Banipur Housing Complex are all aware that Dengue, a highly infectious and difficult disease, has broken out in and around Banipur. It has already claimed three lives in our area and affected a lot more. In view of this, the residents of the complex are requested to take the precautionary measures.
We are aware that dengue is spread mainly through mosquitoes. As mosquitoes breed well in clear stagnant water, it is extremely necessary for all of us to take care that we do not have stagnant water in and around our houses. If necessary, we must alert our neighbours about it. Also, we should not dump garbage here and there.
Dengue is generally marked by continuous fever, skin rashes, blood vomiting and blood discharge through urine and stool. If there is anybody with high fever in the family, a doctor should be immediately consulted. If suggested/ advised, a blood test should be carried out promptly. If Dengue is confirmed the patient must be taken to a hospital for specialised treatratment.
It is hoped that everybody will respond positively LP to the need of the hour.

Excursion to a Sea Beach

We are expected to reach Puri by train and the rest of our tour surrounding the place will be conducted by bus. All the students of our school are intimated here with that, in collaboration with Ashwash'a voluntary organisation, our school has arranged a Free Medical Check Up Camp at our school premises on 6th February, 2018 from 11 a.m. onwards. A group of specialist doctors including Dr.Sahadev Hazra (Cardiologist), Dr. Chinmay Pal (ENT Specialist) and Dr. Arpita Chaterjee (Eye Specialist) will be present in the camp. The renowned and veteran physician of our area, Dr. Subhash Chandra Mitra has kindly consented to preside over the camp.
The willing students are requested to enlist their names on and before 5th February along with a consent letter from their guardian. Medicine will be supplied to the needy students only. To avail that opportunity, a student will have to submit an income certificate of the family.
For any other details, the students are requested to meet the undersigned
within school hours.
